Anyone who is on the (public) Facebook group "Gem & Mineral Scammers" might want to read a post from March 13, 2017 regarding NickatNight. Juicy read.

I don't know what the truth is.
Don't have a horse in the race.
If NickatNight wants to respond to the allegations, he is welcome to.

I emailed NickatNight requesting a response to these claims.
Still waiting.

I urge all, members and moderators to come to the facebook public group Gem & Mineral Scammers and read the post that was created 2 years ago about Nickatnight aka Nick Fabri, with comments from some that were directly effected https://www.facebook.com/groups/334535629974311/ . After it all came out he disappeared off of Facebook. These are not allegations, there is proof to every claim including voice recordings and emails. I urge moderators to remove this person from this website. Thank you for your time.

I'm starting to reconsider my original position.
I am disappointed that Nick seems to be ghosting us, me specifically.
I'll give him a bit more time for a response......and reserve the right to reconsider again.

Actually there is enough proof about Nick Fabri to put him in jail for a long time. I can put anyone who asks in touch with his victims.

I don't use any of the "social media" things but I had a look that link.
What I'd like to see is a simple list of names -nothing more -
and statement at the top saying worth a research before trading.
Individuals and companies could be included.

That would be a great time (and possibly money) saver.
This forum could be a good place to put it?

Anyone who seriously wants proof can contact me. Also Christine Centers can be contacted. I have no ability to post recordings on this platform. Christine has messages from Nick admitting to stealing her cut Montana Sapphires. I have voice recordings of him bragging about it to me. There is massive proof. But I won't release the recordings to just anyone as Christine is still planning on prosecuting Nick Fabri on a federal level.

OK, you all have provided a sufficient case.

Saddens me greatly that someone on our platform, which is like an extended family, can be such a bad actor.
Taking advantage of folks on this level appears to be sociopathic.

My sincere condolences and empathy to all affected.

Nickatnight, as of now, is banned from this platform.

One more thing.
I originally moved this thread from a grandidierite discussion to our own SCAM section.
Why? Because on this board that is where it should have started.

A personal apology to Wayne Schrimp for accidentally deleting one of his posts. Totally unintentional.

I am a believer in due process and you folks have certainly met your burden.

Good luck with formal prosecution.
