Why olivine or beryllium? Can you get a magnified shot showing the structure of the crystalline fragments? Is that mica between the fragments? Interesting rock, some of the rocks which look like that around here are mica, talc and actinolite crystals which all grew together in pods in a quartzite intrusive structure. What you have could be a lot of different things and probably a mix. If you've got a local college with a geology department you might ask them.

I'm not an expert. Mica crystallized these may well be. In addition I have black and white mica crystallized.

As Michael_e said, bring it to the geology department of your closest college or university.
I'm sure some petrography student can help you.

Good luck.

I'll tell you what it's not:
a gem.
