I sent a photo of the bug below to the National history Museum, London. This is the reply

"Looks like a beautiful fulgoroid in the main inclusion. Order Hemiptera (true bug) superfamily Fulgoroidea (plant hoppers). It is possibly a member of the nogoinidie family"

It may be a new species! Waiting to hear more from them
