Here is a quick separation: drop it on your foot. Are two or more toes broken? If so it's probably not a real cat's eye gem. (Do not actually attempt this test. There are exceptions if you're willing to try it with stones of lower optical caliber. Also look out in particular for bowling balls, as their chatoyance is almost as well known as their weight; they are readily identified by their markings and the presence of three holes.)
All joking aside, this is clearly chatoyant glass. There's no way that a real chatoyant gem of that size and quality would end up in any context where someone was wondering about whether it was real or not, unless it were plundered from a museum or something like that.
Selenite would be a reasonable possibility were it not for the color, the high polish and the apparent total lack of inclusions and fractures. But it would also be a good exception to my test, which I suppose I will have to refine. Perhaps I can develop a "toe scale" for more precise measurements.

ok my cats ey can be glass.. but how mucht can it cost if l sell it.
It would be expensive as far as such things go. But its value would be measured in tens of dollars, depending on the venue. It's still a nice curio but not an object of great value.

Yesterday my cats eye had 9 kids.... l got them from a lady working in japan empty houses for clients... now the women is rich from all the nice items she found over the years. all the stones she offer to me, the small cats eye is 4 cm tall... one day she got a basket belong to the Emperor's daughter many centuries ago.... so my cats ey can come from a house where they have just been sleeping for many years...
