Hi can anyone help me identify what this stone is. A magnet will not stick to it. It will score a ceramic tile with no damage to it, also i have tried scratching it with a knife and it does not mark it. Thank you very much in advance ![]() |

In case you are wondering why no one has responded to this. Besides being in the wrong section of this forum it is just a damned rock. Suitable for making concrete but not much else. |

Maybe quartzite, maybe sandstone. The lines are neat, but neat is the limit here for sure. |
