Here
is a laboratory grade lamp house and power supply with a Xenon arc lamp and a power supply that can drive all kinds of cool lamps.

This lamp house is suitable for spectroscopy and microscopy both. It is a current model and as it sits would sell for thousands of dollars.
A real ebay steal. Xenon arc light is the best artificial source there is.

Oops my bad! It may need minor repair. But I have an example of the power supply in my collection. But the auction piece probably will require a little fixing. On the other hand it could be simply a worn out lamp that does not want to start. That is why I started watching it. If I could steal it for about $25 I'd be tickled.
