I was asked to make a pendent for the veterans holiday, this is it, 2.03ct ruby, .49ct diamond, & a 2.32ct Ceylon sapphire in 14kt white gold, 1.5" tall, red, white & blue-all fun! 8)

I was thinking of doing something like this with:
1) Red beryl
2) White sunstone
3) Benitoite

Maybe Danburite would be better for the middle stone?

I have this pendant, Steve, same kind as yours, same stones, only it is a very old one (XIXth ?) and it stands (I guess) for the french flag... The joints between stones are free moving.

Yes Barbra.
Silver soldered to a yellow gold basis. And the diamond is an old cut.
Consistent with its age.

Yes, this is my idea too.

Isi, this just goes to show 'everything old is new again', the diamond is cut in the old euro style which gives the item positive clout, as diamonds cut like that are becoming harder to find in that they are being re-cut to show better & loosing the + history of the older cuttings-a nice piece- =D> 8)
