Very nice star sapphire. But I have to like it, as I’m quite a specialized dealer in star sapphires & rubies these days. I just got in one similar, (though more than twice as big and with a high dome). These look great, and often they are completely transparent, which results in a wonderful life inside. Is yours showing any color shift ?

Second Blue Star Cab. I´m waiting the GIA certificate about the origin of this Stone (probably burmese as the supplier told me, the Stone is 30 to 40 years old). What do you think about ? Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures... Thanks to all!!!!

Burmese cab blue star sapphire, of 10.58cts, fully transparent and clean, the star is clearly defined, but the color is not as saturated as the first cab, little lighter, but blue.

I've been offered another cab, this Ceylon Star Sapphire, transparency is great, almost unbelievable and the star appears and travels exceptionally and bigger than 10 cts.
Hi Anabell, nice stone again, so is it from Burma or from Ceylon ? Tell us when you get the cert !

How can be so big color differences ? F inally I'll have the GIA certificate next Monday . The 10.58cts blue star cab has so many faces, that I really love this Blue.
