We recently found a band of Blue Chalcedony in Kentucky. Home of the well known imperial red black agate, and was wanting to get it graded before we started selling it. After much research, we are unable to compare it to any other US blues other than the Montana Blues. We have some of them posted on our website, but have yet to value them. http://www.lidaasteria.moonfruit.com/bl ... 4585714774
Any help you can give would be very much appreciated.

Some of them do have a blue - grey hue while others have a deeper blue, light sky blue to white hues. The pics on our website are just a sample of the first ones we found. Thanks for your comment. This type of mineral is new to us any comments are greatly appreciated! They also show fluorescent green under short wave ultraviolet light.
Agates don't really have any sort of standardized grading system. Not only is there little incentive for any serious third party to want to bother with that, each agate is unique. The combination of coloration and patterning would defy a really specific grading system. Clearly more intense and generally attractive colors will tend to be more valuable but other factors can obviously overwhelm that. If you want to compare with other blue agates, buy some Holly Blue and some of the Indonesian blue chalcedony and put them side by side. From the photos it looks like you have some which are of light blue color, others more towards grey. But you won't have a great idea until they're cut and polished (as of course you know from your other agates). Honestly, I don't think you're probably sitting on a goldmine here, but if they cut up nicely they're not worth nothing either.

Thanks for your input! We were truly hoping that they could be jewelery worthy. We will take your advice and buy a couple of chalcedony to compare the quality and color to get a better idea on pricing
