Is the AGI company reputable?
How they could make mistake and value synthetic as real ruby?
or there is a chance is still real?
I am sad

Where did you buy it ? How much?

Your certificate looks like a valuation, not a lab report. 2 very different things...

I see alot of these synthetics and they look very similar to yours yours.

Yes its valuation I know
question is how AGI could value synthetic stone so high

If this is not real ruby Ive paid too much for it

might visit some lab tomorrow for inspection or ask again someone
the only thing dont want look stupid with a large cheap stone

Did the seller supply you with the AGI report or did you get it on your own?
Did you buy it from AGI?

I went to the AGI site to track the "certificate" number.
http://agilabsindia.com/track-certificate.html
No record of it.

All what I have is insurance valuation and genuine plastic box from AGI
I thought is enough

Can you spot it as Synthetic by video and pictures?

you have to use

We can't tell 100% from a photo, since diagnostic features are typically seen under a microscope or with advanced spectrometry and such.
But we can see the color, clarity and cut, all of which are very typical of synthetics (especially that type of very flat windowed cut).
Th valuation which is missing what I'd think is the most important information (ie, natural vs synthetic not even mentioned) is also very odd.
In person, with a loupe if you were to see a feature like curved growth striae you could be 100% sure it was a synthetic.
If I were you I'd definitely do everything I could to return it if I'd paid a significant amount of money for it.

there is similar example on ebay
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/323605531595
He said is all what he has and no any idea about synthetic as it should be real with such valuation

all difference between our stones is clarity as mine is too clear

You are not knowledgeable yourself, a skill that takes years to develop. Therefore, you need to restrict your purchases to stones that have a lab report from one of the few respected gem labs like GIA. This you can learn quickly. There are tons of fake labs, and fake reports out there. If you continue to ignore this one piece of advice, you will get ripped off, and you will deserve to.
