Does the first one transmit light? My first thought on it is spinel, from the crystal shape. But if it is metallic, then magnetite.

Thanks you sir for the response, No it does't transmit light but yes it reflect light and sparks like mirror...

Hello. You sent these to me in an email as well-sorry for not getting back to you that way, I have had a busy week getting back from Tucson.
I think magnetite is most likely for the octahedrons, just by virtue of it being so common. Maybe a different spinel group member, or possibly even black diamond as Barbra mentioned.
No clue on the greenish one, or rather too many possible clues, not enough information to go on.
The orange one might be an agate of some sort, judging from the hints of banding. If so the orange may be confined to surfae staining. Or it might be something else, I can't tell from a photo.

Thanks alot for your good responses..as i don t have much knowledge about stones.just love the hunting and looking at them .they are amazing like human beings different from each other ,yet they are consider as in stone .but i can asure that they are pure not irridiated or i would say that they haven t seen lab or market.as i have take take them out from a stone.thanks sir stephen and thanks to madam barbra voltaire..i really appriciate
