Hi guys,
I’m having a head time determine what are the pepper like inclusions are. Photo attached. I’ve been dealing with this type of opal for two years and this is the first time I see this type of inclusion. I found not one but three out of a dozen opals I got. Any idea what the inclusions are? They are very similar in size and perfect square. Is it possible related to some treatment?

Probably pyrite cubes in ethiopian opal. Not related to treatment.
