Hard to be sure from just that image. If the two inclusions in the image are included crystals, it doesn't look like a discoid fracture around either of them from this angle, so that tends to support no high heat. Low heat still possible. I would like to see some silk somewhere for a better diagnosis. Are there more features to look at?
