Tip #1 for GO members. Turn your sound OFF, .
I moved this post to a more appropriate category.
My first observation is that it is not a chameleon diamond.

The poor focus on the video isn't helping with identification.
Take regular, focused pics....is there a color change you've noticed?

I checked refraction value by my refractometer. Refraction value > 1.8

Do you have a polariscope? Singly or doubly refractive?
Also, are you certain your refractometer (or your personal skills with the refractometer) are reliable?

I have no Polariscope and yes I have refractometer with many experiences for gem checking which has refraction value < 1.8.-------------but this gem refraction value can not be read due to that value > 1.8

It is yellowish green for sunlight and also lights. And it gets brownish red in dark environment.

Green zircon is green because of metamictization.
A metamict green zircon will have a refractive index below 1.8.

yes----Refractive index nω = 1.925–1.961
nε = 1.980–2.015, 1.75 when metamict

natural zircon is actually the oldest mineral on Earth. ... This so-called metamict zircon is always green or brown in color. ... The green metamict zircon is quite rare and is prized by collectors.

If the value was 1.75 it would be close to a Diaspore or Zultanite gem.
