Hello,

This is my first post on this forum, so its kind of introduction plus a pic of what I have with me. Basically I am a collector of gemstones, which have fascinated me since childhood. Joining this wonderful forum gives me the opportunity to post pictures of gems that I have in my collection and that have been collected over the years. Hopefully they'll be liked by participants. I'll keep posting more.

And of course, a big thank you and gratitude to Barbara and her team for providing me the opportunity to join this kind of forum for the first time.

Hi Mohmand and welcome.

As you have probably gathered, if you read through some of our older posts, it is impossible to positively identify an unknown by looking at a picture.
Also, in case you start to think about IDing the stones yourself, please do not use hardness tests. There are other ways to start. :D

Dear Barbara,

Yes I am well aware of the fact that its difficult to identify a stone by just a picture. But as I remarked, its an introductory post. Placing a picture seemed to be a fair point to start on a forum that is devoted to this topic.

Other than that, rest assured that the stones in the picture have been verified by a GIA trained gemologist :-) But of course, if it ever comes to sale, I'll get the required information, demanded in the forum where gemstones are placed for selling.
