I've moved your post to a more appropriate section.
Can you please take a picture with a light neutral colored background? Perhaps, on a piece of white paper?

It looks like it wants to be called "Orbitnite Stone". From the 3rd Rock from the Sun era.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Kindly note the first 2 images are under a magnifier that really does not magnify much seems to only focus light.. all the images are under natural sun light (no other light sources).

there seems to have a blue glow in the back and it kinda seems darker than in real life for some reason.

Appreciate your input,

OK...well those pictures are not helpful.
I edited one of your pics and came up with this:

Looks like a glass ball with a pock marked surface created by surfacing gas bubbles.

Exactly. I know of no natural stone that takes this form.

I appreciate your insight, i tried scratch it ultra firmly with a stainless steel saw knife and it only leaves a marked white line however add water and it disappears. Do you recommend another test?

Thanks

I believe the "marked white line" can also be referred to as a scratch indicating the steel is harder than the blue ball.
It is glass, my friend.

I'd bet money it's glass.
