I have this very impressive black stone can sobody check if
it's a black diamond?

No, definitely not. The glassy conchoidal fracture suggests it is glass, likely industrial slag of some sort.

Yep, I concur.
Glass, most probably manufactured slag, with a very remote possibility that it could be obsidian.

Not a diamond!
