I did a Google search and found that the Bhavani Mikro in the Limca Book of Records is the smallest cut and polished diamond at .0003 carat. I estimate about 15 of them in the typical small stones widely set by jewellers.
Does anybody have experience with using stones this small?
I would like to buy a scanning machine which can scan in 3D more accurately than any human jeweller can cut/carve and automatically (by pre-programming) turn the scan into the parameters for a robotic carving machine which will be purchased as part of the package.
I prefer C language programming.
A demo with a simple jade bead is required before purchase.
