Just a quick note - on the left of the screen there is a link to formulae to estimate carat weight. For a diamond that is 9.1 by 8.3 by 6, with a specific gravity of 3.52, you would expect the carat weight to be 3.19 (3.52*9.1*8.3*6*.002)
The stone is 2.37.
So the cut must be pretty squirrely, if it is a diamond. which would mean that it would have to be re-cut.
This is surely a rough diamond rather than a cut one, so the formula would not be accurate. Given the odd shape I would expect at least a 50% loss of weight on cutting, add the cost of cutting and I would estimate the value as not very much.
