Laboratory Analysis Bellerophon is happy to present you its New services. Our Unique Gem Report include all your data to ensure full transparency in the authentication process. We are fully equipped with latest high-tech gemological instruments, specialized in enhancement detection and origin determination of colored gemstones
Hi thanks for approving it. we are two gemologist, you can see about our process and the head of gemology at https://www.gemlabanalysis.com/about
The data based used has been collected over the year, some are bought, some are furnished with the machines, most of them are collected in the field and in gemological literature.
Feel free to come visit us. For security and insurance reason visitor are not allowed in the laboratory part, but you can see through a window some of are process.
I am interested in brands, too. You list the following types of instruments: Ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence, Raman more...
Hi thanks for your interest in our company I will not make a exhaustive list of what brand and which model for each part of our machine we use. as we bought some spectrometer part and laser part from different company and assembled it either our-self or yet in another company. we mechanize as much as we could our process before arriving to the gemologists. a non exhaustive list of brands we use for part of our machinery are perkin elmer, skyray, bruker, SE international, Kruss, stellar net, ocean optics... and much more
Hi, I have found answers annoying. It was simple question and answer should be simple as it, specifically claiming than you are only one to be open and transparent. What technology you use and what you have available in the lab and what you have access? From your post I assume you use: SkyRay XRF, PE SpectrumTwo FTIR, refractometer and radiation detector... it should be very simple and not big secret anyway... I will assume to see answer like that (inhouse spectroscopic equipment): - PE SpectrumOne with DRIFT, Photoacustic Gasera PA-301, IR Microscope (we use MagiLab spectral library); - Gemmoraman 532SG raman and PL (+ library); - UV-VIS-IR GemmoSphere (+ library); - MAGI EXA; - Applied Photonics LIBS (266 nm, 6 channel, 184-900 nm), PLASUS SpecLine spectral library; - FEI Quanta450 SEM + Thermo UltraDry EDX (134 eV res.); - Shimadzi EDX-7000 and custome made XRF (Si(Li) drift detector, Rh 200W tube, 5 mm distance), inhouse spectral library ... something like that, it takes 3 min...
