I'm done with loose cutting grits
Please let me know what you think is a great 600 grit sintered lap, or other options. I have yet to use toppers on a master lap, so I'm not sure if that would be applicable as well! I'm starting with 600 now because most of the stones I cut I prefer to keep them under 3ct.

I love my Inland 600, but Adamas has been developing new ones with higher concentration and smaller particle size to equal the 600 but with faster cutting with less subsurface damage. I would personally wait to see what the word is on these new laps because they could be game-changing.

Yeah I'm keeping an eye open on those for sure. Reviews sound positive so far but it would be great to hear a bit more about them before dropping that much cash.

Wasn't there a thread on here, not too long ago, posting results from the lucky few who got to "test drive" these laps? I seem to recall the results were quite positive in favor of these laps.
If, however, I am having a senior moment and that thread was about something else, please refer me to where I might sign up to become a faceting supply tester. I may not be the most gifted gemcutter here, but I am a thinking person and give my word that anything I test will receive a thoughtful, meticulous, written review here on the forum.
