Is there a difference between the two? Also, do they measure the weight in grains or grams?

With a google search, it appears as though nanosital is a firm which manufactures imitation (not synthetic) gemstones.

Monositalappears to sell synthetically made gems.

I believe they are sold by the gram. Grains I usually associate with pearls.

Another new trademark of Nano, Nanogem, Nanocrystal®, Nanosital® and now also Monosital™?
I'm confused, ....

®
and

and without any patent

The only difference till now I heard from some of them that different colours (?) are yttriumstabilized and others not.
But till now I do not know where yttrium is inside or not ....
Or does it depend on the manufacturer?

Some weeks ago I heard also about "Sitals" coming from Russia.
Missing "nano".

But on the second link (that for Monosital) I've doubts if CZ rough or Nano rough. Some pieces (emerald light and tanzanite 64gr) are looking like Nano and some are looking like CZ (tanzanite 60,5gr). Some name for different materials? If Monosital™ stands for the company so the materials should be named. Isn't it so?

I think I remember somewhere in Jon Rolfe's Franklin Faceters Frolic III talks. The thing about Registered and Trademarked vs Patented, you have to disclose what it is with a patent in the application. If you Trademark something, you do not have to reveal your composition. So, you can keep somethings secret and better keep your market.

In a patent application, you have to "Teach the Art". What this means in recent years, is that as soon as the application is published, the copiers, etc. do not even have to wait till the patent issues.
A Trademark is just the name you sell it under, and what industrial classes it applies to. How you make it or what it is does does not matter. It only protects you from some trash using the exact name, or a name intended to create confusion with the identity- As in a "Rojex Watch" for $20 from a street vendor.
There are a lot of urban legends regarding nonsense about mailing yourself a registered letter and saving Big Bucks, etc. and other such crazy stuff.
You can read about it all at the authoritative USPTO.GOV site.
