Hi all, a while ago, I bought some ultra laps from Graves company around the 9th of Febraury and they still haven't come in. I can't get to their email or call them to ask about it and they didn't send any info. I have just read their reviews and wish I didn't order from them now, but what is the status of Graves. I know they are horribly backed up with machines, but I thought equipment was fine, are they a dead company? Should I ask my credit card for a refund? Thanks 8)

This has apparently been a recurring issue, based on what customers have written here and elsewhere.
If I were you I would talk to my credit card company sooner than later.

Contact your bank or credit card provider and request a chargeback.
The last I knew, the state of Florida dissolved the corporation due to failure to file an annual report, which means it is now a sole proprietorship. Also the name Graves Company has not been registered with the Florida Department of State as a ficticious name, which is still another legal matter.
Due to the plethora of online complaints about the company, I have discontinued my dealership. There are just too many bad indications coming from Peter Erdo.

their website is gone, probably has been for a while. I have not checked in a couple of years. I have a 5XL and I think it is a good machine to start with (if you have been able to get one). Mine is currently in storage but I want to get back into faceting.
