The parcel was returned within US. It didn't left US. As i told you once the parcel enters Pakistan, its never returned. They will either ask for taxes by holding it or deliver it. John Bailey has more info on this. He is working on it to resolve this issue.

Who was the carrier of the package? FedEx, Ups, USPS,. Do you know? We're you informed by John who that was. I am a gearloose distributor and have shipped laps to numerous international buyers, never to Pakistan and would like to know which carrier accepted a package then arbitrary decided to return it to the shipper because it was going to Pakistan.

We can settle this quickly: Tell us the tracking number.

Review the complete shipping history for this shipment. The label was created on August 14th, it left NY on Sept 4th and then returned to NY from Pakistan on the 6th and back to Gearloose based on the tracking number provided by the poster Lucas. It is not uncommon to leave an international port one day and arrive the same day back in the States. So to me as with Thomas it appears it was returned from Pakistan, why "who knows".

I was not aware of this thread. I learned that any aircrew member can reject any package for no reason or any reason. It was a capricious event. However in this case since the carrier is essentially the country, I simply will not ship there any more. it wastes the customer's time and ours, and I lose the shipping cost when I give the refund. It's a big world with a lot of choices. Now, I am making one.
