Hello everyone!

Just got my first faceting machine, a used Imahashi. It could use a good clean, but everything is functional! I just need to get an arbor nut and a tube or nozzle for the water reservoir. I'll be ordering an actual handpeice for it in the next few days.

Any recommendations on cleaning it?

Also, if I want to use an 8 inch lap topper, I assume I'll need an 8 inch plate(not sure what the half inch thick plate is actually called)?

The machine came with a few other things that I'm not sure actually go with the machine.

Can any of you help with IDing any of the items in the third photo?

Thank you!

The 8" "plate" you refer to is called a Master Lap.

Regarding the device in the third pic of the link, I don't have a clue. Sorry.

Good Luck with the new machine. :D

Possibly a preforming attachment. Just a thought though.

You can ask that from imahashi makers. They might be able to tell.
Here is email of miss koike at imahashsi sales.
koike@imahashi.net
Show them the pic.
