I switched to the lighter laps Justin is selling and provided those as replacements for the people who were burned by the junk. Satisfaction was 100%. But by then, I had had enough of selling sintereds. I took my losses and went on.

The original heavy bronze-on-steel started out well, but as time went on, the vendor lost interest in quality. It appeared they did not bother cleaning the molds between grits, at the end of the adventure, and did not care about balance.

That's too bad since my "heavy" bronze sintered 600 I got from you is absolutely perfect. I cut 99.5% of my stones with it. Smoooooth running, reliable cutting performance for a very long time (I forgot when I last dressed it),... I'll have to treasure it, it was a lucky one, I guess.
Screwing such a nice product up is really a pity. Happy to hear there's a viable alternative now.

Without that one and my trusted BATT+3000, I'd probably quit cutting. Well, maybe not, but cutting would not be as pleasant for sure. :)

I believe I purchased one of the last 600 anchors (bronze) headed for that previous picture posted for a local customer. My customer still uses it, balance was fine, it cuts more like something between a 1200 and 3k. Customer is happy and that is the ultimate goal.
