Hi All,
I'm relatively new to faceting <2 Yrs. ~60 gems so far. I recently purchased my first sintered lap, a "New old stock" sintered 1200 gearloose Cermet lap on ebay. I am very impressed with it and am now looking for a courser lap (~325-600?) for hand forming and initial bulk removal.

I see that Hans Lapidary and DeFusco Industrial supply offer an 8" in this range. I was wondering if anyone has experience/advise for either of these companies/products.

Any other recommendations would also be appreciated. Or maybe someone has a used 8" in this range that they no longer need.

Thanks Randy
