Sarin becomes Sarine
Sarin Technologies Ltd. has officially changed its name to Sarine Technologies Ltd., according to IDEX Online. The change, effective last week, came about following a resolution passed at the company’s annual general meeting and then approved by Israel’s registrar of companies.

In addition, the Ramat Gan-based company, which makes equipment for the planning, processing and evaluation and measurement of diamonds and gemstones, announced that it has launched a new version of its polished diamond quality assurance and polishing process control software, the Instructor 3.0.

The new software, designed to improve the accuracy of polished diamond modeling particularly for fancy-shaped diamonds, runs on many of Sarine’s rough and polished diamond modeling platforms in the DiaExpert and DiaMension families, including the DiaMension HD and DiaScan S+ systems.

This may have something to do with it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarin
The name could only attract negative attention by default.

Well, problem solved.
