Its entertainingly fun to listen too. I understand none of it though. It is kind of like the old Benny Hill theme music I remember. Makes you feel energized in a way.

For those who like music as much as minerals, here's a fun list (yes, I had way too much time on my hands during lockdown):

Mineralogy and geology related records

You can click each release to access additional artwork, detailed tracks list, and youtube listening links.

Rocks 'n' roll !

Let's note that I've not (yet) been listening to those numerous 'mineralogical records', so I can't say whether or not the music itself is actually worth listening. Still, it's fun to see that there are so many artists that made reference to crystals, minerals, gems, or geology through their musical works, and some of those cover art are really nice.

Hello to you ,

The desire to share with you this very moving musical moment offered by Diego El Cigala in 2010 in Buenos Aires, a fusion of tango music and a very flamenco voice, magnificent lyrics...

I can't really join you on that one as I've never been quite receptive to latin music...to each their own I guess

Here's my last buy, an indie rock album titled "Ores & Minerals" by the band Mazes. Not only do I really enjoy the music, but I think I like the vinyl's cover art even more

Here's the cover (front and back):

It's been joining my small collection of "mineralogical records"
