Ran across this in a FleaBay seller's listing :
My contact email is oh right Ebay has yet another new policy of no emails allowed or they wont post my items Maybe I should just say that if you have a question for me to contact Ebays customer service. If you are truly looking for worthless service that is where you go. I tried it myself just to make sure and I found out something very important that can save e1 a lot of time. They hire the dumbest people on the planet. I wanted to work for them but was told that if I went to middle school, I was too educated. My question was about them double charging me and that I had proof of it. Their answer was "it is not in our policy to refund listing fees" and that is a direct quote. I said you are charging me twice for the same exact item listed at the same exact second of the same day and I have the paperwork to prove it. They said it must have been something I had selected on Ebay when I posted items. I said I dont even use Ebay to post my items you idiot. So after 30 mins of useless back and forth, I gave up. I started thinking. This is how they do customer service. They hire morons and tell them just to act normal and the customer will eventually just go away in disgust. That is just one of my many examples of my dealings with customer service. So please, any questions, contact them and when you do, give them an F off from me...Thank you for your support I may sound bitter in my statements about Ebay and the USPS and that is just well because I am. By no means does this affect how I deal with my customers. I am more an advocate for us regular people that just dont want to be taken advantage of by paying more money for less service. unfortunately, it seems this has become more the norm than the exception.

Well, blow me down. The Paypal issue has been resolved with their IP Counsel. It took a lot of going back and forth. A nice intense exercise, keeping the hand in after seven years away from IP issues except for petty counterfeiting.
They probably think I'm a schmuck, but all's well that ends well. And I end up with a new webstore, too.
