I am recently retired and (also recently) have been bitten severly by the amber bug.

I am a modest collector and amatuer pendant carver.
I have some Baltic, some beautiful red Chiapas, a bit of Dominican and some buggy Columbian copal. I have some blue Malaysian on order.

I will be haunting the amber related boards on this site, trying to learn and contribute wherever possible, although mama always said "Better to be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt."

That's a bit scary.....we mostly want Ottawa to send money and otherwise stay away :-)

Indeed...you and the rest of the country, so imagine what it feels like to have to admit to that. Thanks for hanging on to the Pacific though, your efforts are appreciated.
