My last trip to Oregon I came across 2 large sunstones. They have good color and are rather large for their size. Not sure if I should sell or keep for a collection.

Their appearance is quite typical for large oregon sunstones. In spite of their perfect cleavage they mostly show glassy conchoidal fractures. My guess is that that more pronounced cleavage in some feldspars is aided by exsolution lamellae?
Anyway, as to what to do with them, I would have them cut first. Some people like to carve these but I'd go for a faceted stone, schiller and all. It may take a long time to sell such a large single stone, but that means you get to have it in your collection in the mean time. Best of both worlds. This kind of rough is impressive but not so rare that cutting it would be sacrilege or anything like that.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't someone else with a similar username also post about some big sunstones recentlyish?

Yes these stones are genuine. I know this because I mined them myself from Plush Oregon. I go there once a year. Ive got some estimates on what they are worth so Ill just have to find a place to list them. If anyone has info on where to list rough stones id love to know. Thanks.
