No, we can't. No one here has the ability to test it as we only have a picture.

Porosity coupled with conchoidal fracture looks like glass slag to me.

Before posting any more pictures, kosmomar, please supply us with some proactive information.

It would help if we knew where it was found. It looks a bit like an agate to me.
