Tip #1 for GO members. Turn your sound OFF, . I moved this post to a more appropriate category. My first observation is that it is not a chameleon diamond.
The poor focus on the video isn't helping with identification. Take regular, focused pics....is there a color change you've noticed?

Do you have a polariscope? Singly or doubly refractive? Also, are you certain your refractometer (or your personal skills with the refractometer) are reliable?

I have no Polariscope and yes I have refractometer with many experiences for gem checking which has refraction value < 1.8.-------------but this gem refraction value can not be read due to that value > 1.8
