Okay, Wolf ... tell me where you get your selenium. Do you go out and fill a bowl with dirt so you can get your selenium? I doubt it. You get it from organic sources: plants, meat, and seafood.

There is a plant that is very adept at concentrating selenium from the soil, and cattle farmers are very familiar with it.

Livestock grown in areas containing high amounts of selenium in the soil and in which a plant called Astragalus ("loco weed" in USA) is present are poisoned. This is because Astragalus concentrates selenium.

Now Gearloose I know for sure that some of the gems you have on your web page would have a very marked effect on my mood and state of mind if I got my hands on them I'm sure I'd figure I'd died and gone to heaven.

Thank you. Actually, there is Deep Magyck involved in that I am the only person in the family where every one of my dozen nieces actually remembers my name, where I live, my phone number, what I look like, and my email address.

Funny how that works. Decades ago, I started the tradition of giving them, upon their sixteenth birthday _anything they wanted_.

Do you know what happened???
Some of them have had DAUGHTERS and I am never going to get out of this alive.
I think I shall make it a point to go around repairing relatives' televisions every July-August, because too many of them are being born in April and May!!!!!
"oops..Television's broken! wink wink-Let's bankrupt Gearloose!"
