Thanks n00b...I finally figured out how to make the picture small enough. :wink:

Yes it was Jean Schlumberger. George Kunz was also Tiffany's first Gemologist.

Was anyone able to find the answer about tiffany diamond standards?

I think I read it somewhere, years ago.

Tiffany uses VS1 and above, G and above. Is that correct?

I/VS2 is given as lower limit for engagement ring diamonds from Tiffany.

I think G /VS1 applies to Cartier...

I/VS2 is correct. Also, we require at least a "very good" cut (including proportions).
