stupid q of the day

Nikon D60. How did this happen and how do I get back to normal previews? I get this screen after every pic I take.

You will notice a four way button to the top right of the screen. The left and right directions scroll through the photos on the SD card and the up and down directions bring on histograms (pressing the up arrow, press the down arrow to get rid of them). The screen you have is brought up by pressing the down arrow, so press the up arrow and you should get back to the view of what you have just taken.
Keep playing with it, soon the controls will become instinctive.
