unknown old stone

one more old stone.any help id be grateful.It looks dull whitish in normal inside light .in white light sunlight has a weird green color ,fluorescence is bright green .got some inclusions and an old cut.only thing i could check is its isotropic and refractive index is not very clear.

This is likely magneisum-dooed lab spinel. The microscopic features are surface oils but the color/fluo combo is pretty distinctive.
