Excel quiz with macros

A long time ago, someone posted or made available a gem quiz / flashcard file that they had made up in excel using macros. The early members of the forum might remember what I'm talking about. For some reason, in my head it was a faceter who made it available to everyone.

I had it and lost it when my old computer crashed. If any of you have a copy of it, or remember who it was who offered it to members, could you let me know? I'm thinking it would be very useful during study leading up to exams.
